This policy applies to payments made for services offered by TN45 Classifieds, including but not limited to:
Premium Advertisements
Featured Listings
Advertisement Boosts
Promotional Packages
Business Listings
Subscription Plans (if available)
Any other paid services introduced by TN45 in the future
Most standard classified advertisements can be posted free of charge.
No refund is applicable for free services.
Paid services are considered delivered once:
A premium advertisement is published.
A featured listing becomes active.
An advertisement boost starts.
Promotional visibility is activated.
A subscription period begins.
Once a paid service has been activated, it is generally considered fully delivered.
You may cancel a paid order before the service has been activated.
Once a premium service has been activated or published, cancellation requests cannot normally be accepted.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate payment made for the same service.
Payment was successfully charged, but the purchased service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on TN45's side.
An incorrect amount was charged due to a system error.
A payment was processed after a failed transaction caused by a technical issue.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
Premium advertisements that have already been published.
Featured listings that have already become active.
Advertisement boost services after activation.
Promotional packages that have started.
Subscription periods already in progress.
User mistakes while creating advertisements.
Change of mind after purchase.
Low response or low sales from advertisements.
Advertisements removed due to violations of our Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines.
Account suspension caused by policy violations.
If an advertisement is removed because it violates TN45 policies or applicable laws, any associated paid fees will not be refunded.
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Processing times may vary based on the payment gateway and financial institution.
If a payment fails but your bank account is debited:
Please wait for the payment confirmation.
If the service is not activated and the payment is confirmed, contact our support team.
If the payment is reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider, no further action may be required.
Users are encouraged to contact TN45 before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
Suspension of your TN45 account.
Removal of advertisements.
Restriction of future purchases.
Recovery of outstanding dues where permitted by law.
TN45 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or improve any service at any time.
Such changes do not automatically entitle users to a refund for previously purchased services.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
The revised policy becomes effective immediately upon publication on our website or mobile application.
Continued use of TN45 services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
